One-to-one nutrition support

1.5h initial consultation + a follow up 45 min within 3 months after initial consultation is £280/ €325/ $355/ S$480.

This involves addressing your queries and providing support between consultations. Prior to the consultation, I request completion of a questionnaire and a food diary. During our meeting (online or in person), we delve into your lifestyle, diet and symptoms, exploring potential triggers contributing to your health issues. We create a tailored meal plan, simple to follow recipes and supplement program designed specifically for your needs using only scientifically-backed and reputable brands, with a discount on online supplements.

For individuals with chronic conditions, our collaboration might extend beyond three months, and subsequent up to one hour follow-up consultations are priced at £80 /$100/ €95/ S$135.

Our fees are a reflection of the dedicated time spent preparing for your appointment, conducting thorough research, making written personalised plans and interpreting any test results. We deliver safe, evidence-based, and impactful recommendations.

Laboratory test analysis & interpretation

In certain situations, you may be advised to undergo laboratory tests. These tests serve to understand the potential factors contributing to your health concerns, rule things out and monitor your progress as you follow the program. A test will require a sample of either your breath, blood, saliva, urine, stool or hair. Majority of the samples can be conveniently taken at home, although there might be instances where you'll need to visit a laboratory for sample collection.

Yoga sessions and pregnancy yoga

As a nutritionist and a founder of Yogira (Yoga and Pilates studio), I bring a holistic approach to well-being, recognising the interplay between nutrition, physical activity, and stress relief. Research consistently highlights the profound connection between stress and gut health. Therefore, in my yoga classes, I emphasise the significance of stress relief techniques and breath exercises. Through a combination of nutritional guidance and mindful practices, I aim to empower individuals to enhance not only their digestive health but also their overall sense of balance, energy and vitality.
